MY CONTRIBUTION
I led the laboratory build-out and supervised the team responsible for equipment installation and commissioning. I coordinated facility requirements, utilities, ventilation, powder-handling needs, safety provisions, supplier work, and readiness activities for Concept Laser and Renishaw systems. I also contributed hands-on support for sensor additions, controls integration, aluminum process development, and nanoparticle-enhanced powder experiments.

The lab became an operating research capability for metal laser powder-bed fusion and supported experimental builds, process development, and customer programs.
